SERVICES
Driven by our expertise in dealing with legal matters within the global basketball industry for over 10 years, we are ready to be your trusted legal partner.

Dispute Resolution
Most prominently known for our experience in arbitration, we handle all claims before the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT), an independent tribunal established by FIBA to resolve conflicts in a fast and efficient way. We also offer full post- BAT Award services by liaising with FIBA ensuring that the parties comply with the tribunal's decision until the BAT Award is fully honoured.

Settlement Negotiations
We maintain an excellent record in settlement negotiations for disputes by providing highly specialised and solution oriented legal advice early on as to avoid arbitration proceedings completely.
Contractual Matters

We assist with the drafting of sports contracts or advise on existing contracts providing an independent legal opinion. From club-player contracts to agency fee, termination, transfer/loan and image rights contracts, we have drafted hundreds of basketball related contracts for players and clubs from over 30 different countries gaining the skills to identify and avoid crucial drafting mistakes so that all parties can have a smooth contractual relationship moving forward leaving no room for discrepancies and confusion.
